A circular project
At Draft granola we help to give beer grains a second life. We transform this brewery byproduct into wholesome granola, embodying a sustainable loop from beer production to breakfast enjoyment.

Microbrewery
Grain is the main ingredient used to brew beer. The residual grain remaining after production is referred to as ‘spent grain’. A resource rich in fibers and proteins!

Recovering grain
Due to the absence of a waste management solution, we have taken the initiative to recover spent grain and repurpose it, giving it a renewed sense of value

Upcycling grain
We upcycle spent grain into a variety of different flavored granolas, using local ingredients like recycled chocolate and artisanal honey

Draft granola
Become part of the circular movement and indulge in our locally hand-baked granola, a perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert!
Spent grain +
At its core, brewing extracts sugar from grains, leaving behind an often-overlooked nutritional powerhouse: spent grain. By rescuing this underrated ingredient, we’re not only reducing waste but also benefiting from its high concentration of fiber, protein, and antioxidants. It’s another win-win situation that allows us to create granola that is not only delicious but also healthy and sustainable.
Benefits of spent grain:
- High in dietary fibers
- High in protein
- Contains anti-oxidants
- Supports a healthy digestion
- Versatile flavour and function
- Responsible impact
