Spent grain

We discovered that ‘Brussels Beer Project’ was exploring the circular potential of spent grain and experimenting with new use cases, which aligned perfectly with our own values. Excited to join forces, we began collaborating with them and have since been recycling their spent grain in our granola. By using spent grain as our main ingredient, we’re not only helping to reduce food waste but also creating an economic opportunity.

Chocolate

As proud Belgians, chocolate holds a special place in our hearts. In our search for the perfect partner, we turned to our hometown of Brussels and discovered ‘Concept Chocolate’. With a shared commitment to sustainability and the environment, they were the ideal choice. Plus, their chocolate is simply irresistible! We collect their leftover, damaged, and excess chocolate to incorporate into our ‘Red Fruit Stout’ granola, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.

Keeping it local

Honey from Brussels

In Brussels, we’re lucky to have a thriving beekeeping community, which is essential to our planet’s ecosystem. That’s why we partnered with ‘Bees-Api’ to create our ‘Honey Tripel’ granola. Their innovative approach to beekeeping, which utilizes rooftops and gardens throughout the city, is invaluable to preserving bee culture. They even offer the option to adopt a beehive, allowing individuals to enjoy natural honey while supporting the cause. It’s a win-win situation that works in harmony with nature.
Save the bees!

Cooperative

We’re committed to creating a circular community that shares and recycles local ingredients, while striving for a responsible and sustainable environment. Collaborating with like-minded individuals has been a joy and a source of inspiration for us. We’re grateful for everything we’ve learned, and we’re excited to continue experimenting and collaborating with others in the future. Stay tuned for more exciting developments!

Handmade

We handle every aspect of our project in-house, from concept and product development to logo design, packaging, and baking. This allows us to maintain quality and consistency and ensures that we have full control over the process. Plus, we enjoy getting our hands dirty!
After months of experimentation and testing, our baker, Minnie, crafted three perfectly balanced recipes that we are proud to share with you. We carefully considered what we felt was missing from the market and crafted our recipes as a response to those observations. Through a process of trial and error, we’ve perfected our granola to deliver the ultimate combination of taste, texture, and quality ingredients.
